What’s
the biggest challenge facing the industry this year?
Keeping
up with the constant evolution of the digital/ social media space. Every week
platforms are changing. Businesses need to understand how the platforms are
changing and more importantly how they can utilise the platforms to reach and
build relationships with their customers more effectively.
And
the biggest opportunity?
The
biggest opportunity right now is Facebook Ads. Facebook Ads are currently
incredibly undervalued, however in the next year or so, as more people realise
they are undervalued and start using them, the biggest opportunity will shift
somewhere else.
What
are you most looking forward to about Subcon 2017?
Providing
value for the audience who come to my talk. That’s the most important part of
the whole event for me.
